Personality: Dominic is a self contained kinda guy. He usually keeps his thoughts to himself, yet speaks openly and freely. What comes out of his mouth however is a very shallow version of the workings in his mind. Due to this most people find Dominic to be an uneducated, even stupid, street urchin. In reality he is actually rather intelligent, but keeps his thoughts to himself. Due to being abandoned by pretty much everyone in his life, Dominic doesn't trust others easily, or at all even. He keeps his thoughts to himself and never opens up to others for fear of being abandoned again. Dominic also has a very violent side to his personality. It rarely comes out, but when it does it's usually unstoppable until its thirst has been quenched. This personality flips on as quickly as a light switch, usually without warning and doesn't always require provocation. Dominic himself doesn't even know when he's in this bloodlust and chaotic state; and he usually comes out of it with part of, if not all of, his memory missing from the events that occurred while enraged. On the streets he is a very intelligent man, always sticking to the shadows and picking his targets carefully. He usually only steals from people, having mastered the art of pickpocketing. However when his bloodlust side starts going, they can sometimes turn into very violent confrontations that Dom doesn't always walk away from as the victor. When enraged he becomes very cocky and bold where as normally he simply tries to blend in and talk only when necessary. Race: Human Status: Alive History: - Human:
Dom floated from foster home to foster home as a kid after being given up for adoption by his teenage mother. Of course he never knew this, just that his parents bailed on him right from birth. Like most foster kids, he didn't exactly enjoy going through the system. His various "parents" would often beat him and give him horrible sleeping quarters, food, and other bare minimum necessities. To cope with this, Dom became mostly isolated from the world. He lost himself in his own head, shutting out those around him. This also developed a more violent side in his personality. When things got so bad that he could no longer isolate himself from the situation, it would flip a switch and Dominic would become extremely violent.
When he was 16 and living with his most recent foster rentals, as he called them, he nearly beat the father to death after receiving the belt. The two "parents" were religious nuts and forced the "word of God" onto all the children unlucky enough to pass through those doors. When Dominic refused to play their religious game of recite the bible from memory, they would bring out the belt. Usually it was bearable, but one day, Dom simply had enough. As his foster father raised the belt to deliver the latest in a series of beatings for that week, Dominic unexpectedly punched him in the throat. It was that moment of shock and confusion that gave Dominic enough time to tackle him to the floor and begin mercilessly beating the man in the face. When his rental mother tried to pull him off, he turned his aggression on her as well. After several minutes the other children came in and upon seeing them, their faces in a mix of horror and excitement, Dom's switch switched off once again. Looking down at what he did, he fled and continued his life on the streets.
Now he lives on the streets, keeping to himself just like he always has. He steals or even mugs people when times are desperate enough or he has a desire to satisfy the craving for violence he sometimes has.
